Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center, located in Keene, NH, is seeking a board-certified Physiatrist to join its growing rehabilitation services team. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collegial, patient-centered environment where you can make a meaningful impact on functional recovery and quality of life for patients across the continuum of care.
Position Highlights
- Primarily outpatient rehabilitation with opportunity to incorporate inpatient work, based on interest
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including physical, occupational, and speech therapists, nursing, and case management
- Supportive hospital leadership with a strong focus on quality care and patient outcomes

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Pain Medicine Fellowship preferred
- Ability to obtain/maintain New Hampshire medical license
- Commitment to team-based care and strong communication skills
